On May 5, 2015 Pfc. Howard was dispatched to a home regarding a man that had collapsed and stopped breathing. When Pfc. Howard arrived on scene she noted that the man had no pulse and was not responding. She performed CPR until EMS arrived on scene and took over the life saving efforts. The patient did regain consciousness before he was transported to a local hospital. Pfc. Howard’s quick action saved the gentleman’s life. She was recognized on June 9th, 2015 during the Town Council meeting. |
