Vehicle Break In Suspect Arrested
On 2/16/2016 at approximately 3:46 a.m. officers were dispatched to the area of North Smokerise Way in Planter's Pointe in reference to a concerned citizen who observed someone going through her neighbor's vehicle. Field Training Officer Misyuchenko arrived and observed a suspect in the driver's seat of the victim's car. Pfc. Croy and Pfc. Kinard responded to assist FTO Misyuchenko in taking Marvin Jefferson into custody. Mr. Jefferson has been charged with Breaking Into a Motor Vehicle.
